How It's Scheduled

On call, around your operation.

Urgent dispatch

Called in when something cannot wait, scoped fast on the phone, and crewed to the situation.

Daytime or overnight

Coverage available across daytime and overnight windows, not only during a fixed shift.

Documented

Work performed is logged and photographed, with a clear handoff back to the recurring program.

Where It Fits

Where after-hours response matters.

Offices, managed properties, clinics, and high-traffic buildings all hit moments that cannot wait for the next scheduled clean.

Emergency response sits on top of a recurring program; the standing relationship is what makes a fast, scoped response possible.

Common fits: corporate offices, medical and healthcare, educational facilities, and government and municipal.

FAQ

Emergency and after-hours cleaning, answered.

How fast can you respond to an emergency cleaning request?+

Response time depends on the situation and your location within our service area, but emergency requests are triaged the moment they come in and crews are dispatched as fast as safe staffing allows, often same-day. Recurring accounts get priority routing because we already hold access and site knowledge.

What situations count as emergency or after-hours work?+

Typical calls are water intrusion and flood cleanup, post-event resets, restroom or biohazard incidents, sudden vacancy turnovers, and any situation where a space has to be usable before the next business day. If it cannot wait for the regular schedule, it belongs here.

Do you cover overnight, weekends, and holidays?+

Yes. Anvil runs overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as standard, because most commercial cleaning already happens outside business hours. Emergency coverage extends that to unscheduled calls whenever they land.

Can you handle a one-time emergency if we are not a recurring client?+

Yes. One-time emergency and after-hours work does not require an existing contract. We scope the job, quote it, and schedule it as a standalone visit; if it makes sense to move onto a recurring program afterward, that is a separate conversation.

Are your crews insured for after-hours access to our building?+

Yes. All Anvil staff are W-2 employees covered by $2MM general liability and workers' compensation, and a certificate of insurance naming the building or landlord as additional insured is available within 48 hours. Crews follow your building's after-hours access and sign-in procedures.
