Recurring janitorial
The anchor service. Nightly or scheduled housekeeping, common areas, trash removal, restroom sanitation and restocking, kitchen and break room cleaning, and floor maintenance. Day or night.

Floor care
Stripping, waxing, buffing, machine scrubbing, grout scrubbing, and carpet cleaning, usually scheduled after hours so the space is ready by morning.

Disinfection and sanitizing
EPA-registered disinfectant on surfaces, plus electrostatic spray disinfecting for full-coverage treatment of rooms, equipment, and high-touch areas.

High dusting
Dust and debris removal from the surfaces a standard clean never reaches: beams, ducts, vents, light fixtures, sprinkler heads, and ceiling-height ledges.
