One job. The whole space reset.
A one-time deep clean for offices, retail, and commercial space across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey. No recurring contract. We walk the space, give you one flat price in writing, and do the work after hours.
We respond to every estimate request within one business day.
A commercial deep clean is a single, top-to-bottom cleaning of a workplace that covers what routine visits skip: high dust, baseboards, behind and under furniture, interior glass, grout, and detailed restrooms and kitchens. A single one-time visit runs about $200 to $600 for 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, quoted flat in writing after a walkthrough.
Larger spaces run about $450 to $1,800 for 5,000 to 15,000 square feet. These are published regional rates for one visit, not an Anvil rate card, and the written proposal governs. For a range on your own square footage, use the pricing calculator and choose "One-time deep clean".
An open house, a board meeting, an investor walkthrough, a launch. The space gets detailed the night before, so it is right when the doors open.
Floors, restrooms, kitchens, and trash recovered after a party, a pop-up, or a conference, so the space is back in working order by the next morning.
A new office cleaned before the furniture arrives, or an old one cleaned for handback to the landlord. For a vacant suite between tenants, see tenant turnover cleaning.
Medical offices, childcare centers, gyms, and schools ahead of a licensing visit or a corporate audit, with disinfection added where the setting calls for it.
Fine dust on every ledge, adhesive residue, and paint overspray removed once the contractors are gone, including high dusting of ducts, beams, and light fixtures.
When the last cleaner let things slide, a deep clean brings the space back to standard first. A weekly or nightly schedule then only has to keep it there.
Vents, light fixtures, door frames, tops of cabinets and partitions, then baseboards, chair bases, and the floor edge a vacuum never reaches.
Furniture and appliances pulled out and cleaned behind. Refrigerators, microwaves, and cabinets cleaned inside. Desks and workstations detailed.
Fixtures, grout, partitions, and drains scrubbed and disinfected. Limescale and soap film removed, not wiped over.
Interior glass and conference room partitions, wall scuffs and switch plates, doors, handles, and railings.
Hard floors machine scrubbed and carpet vacuumed wall to wall. Strip and wax or carpet extraction can be added to the same job.
A supervisor checks the work against the written scope and sends photos, so you know what was done before you walk in.
We reply within one business day and walk the space with you. It takes about 30 minutes. Tell us your deadline and anything that has to be right.
A written proposal, usually the same day as the walkthrough: the scope room by room, the date, and one price. No hourly billing and no surprises on the invoice.
Anvil's own W-2 crew does the work on an evening or weekend. Building access and the certificate of insurance are arranged ahead of time.
Most deep cleans we quote are for offices, retail and storefronts, medical and dental offices, gyms and studios, schools, and childcare centers. The checklist changes with the space. The process does not.
If the space needs to stay that way, the usual next step is office cleaning or recurring janitorial on a fixed monthly price. If something has already gone wrong and it cannot wait, see emergency and after-hours cleaning.
Published regional rates for a single one-time visit run about $200 to $600 for 2,000 to 5,000 square feet and $450 to $1,800 for 5,000 to 15,000 square feet. Heavy buildup, floor refinishing, and carpet extraction move a job up within that range or above it. Anvil walks the space first and quotes one flat price in writing. The written proposal governs. The pricing calculator gives a range for your square footage.
Yes. A deep clean is scoped, priced, and booked as a single job. There is no recurring agreement attached to it. Many clients do move to a weekly or nightly schedule afterward, because a deep clean is the easiest starting point for one, but that is a separate decision.
A regular clean maintains a space: trash, restrooms, kitchens, floors, and touchpoints on a schedule. A deep clean resets it. It covers what routine visits skip, including baseboards, vents and high ledges, behind and under furniture and appliances, interior glass and partitions, grout, chair bases, and detailed restroom and kitchen descaling.
Most offices under 5,000 square feet are finished in one visit, usually an evening or a weekend day. Larger floors, or jobs that add floor refinishing or carpet extraction, are split across two or more visits so floors have time to dry. The proposal states the schedule before work starts.
Anvil responds to every estimate request within one business day and sends the written proposal, usually the same day as the walkthrough and always within 24 hours. The clean is then booked around your date: before an event, a move-in, an inspection, or a client visit. Tell us the deadline when you ask for the estimate.
Deep cleans are normally done after hours or on a weekend so nobody works around the crew. You do not need to be there. Anvil arranges access with you or with building management in advance, sends a certificate of insurance if the building asks for one, and documents the finished work.
Anvil's own W-2 cleaning crews, background-checked and supervised. The work is not handed to a subcontractor. Anvil carries $2MM general liability with excess/umbrella coverage above it and issues a certificate of insurance naming your building when one is required.
