Who we are
Anvil Facility Services is a commercial cleaning company based in Chelsea, Manhattan, serving businesses across New York and New Jersey. We built Anvil on a simple position: most companies treat cleaning like a commodity, and the businesses that depend on it deserve better. Low bid, invisible crew, nobody accountable when something gets missed. We run it the other way.
Every account starts with a walkthrough. We scope the work from what we see in your building and what you tell us matters, not from a rate sheet. Then we put the scope in writing, staff it with a crew trained for your facility, and hold the standard week after week.
The crew
Our team is the company. Our cleaners are W-2 employees, not subcontractors. Every member of the crew is vetted, background-checked, and trained on the specific facility they are assigned to, because a dental operatory, a trading floor, and a retail showroom do not get cleaned the same way. Supervisors walk sites on a schedule and verify the work with photos, so the standard holds whether or not anyone is watching.

That is our motto, and it names the hard part of this work. Almost any cleaning company can deliver an excellent first clean. The test is month fourteen: same crew discipline, same detail, no drift. Anvil is built for partnerships measured in years, so everything in how we operate, written scopes, trained crews, supervisor site walks, photo-verified work, exists to keep the standard as high on visit two hundred as on visit one.
If we ever miss something, tell us. We fix it within 24 hours or you do not pay for that visit. That is the arrangement, in writing, on every account.
We clean with EPA-registered disinfectants and products selected for performance and for the people in your building. The working product list is set per site and adjusts to your preferences.
