One page for your vendor file
Everything a facility manager, office manager, or building management office needs to clear Anvil as a vendor, on one page. Procurement should not require a week of email. This page lists the coverage we carry, how we staff, what we are certified for, and what we furnish on request, so you can check us against your building's requirements in one pass.
The short version: M/WBE certified, cleaning crews who are 100% W-2 Anvil employees, and the coverage lines a commercial building expects from a vendor, with certificates in your inbox within 48 hours of a request.
If your checklist asks for something not listed here, ask us directly. We respond to vendor and compliance requests within one business day.
Coverage
Anvil carries the following lines of coverage. Certificates state the specifics; the list here lets you match our coverage against your building's vendor requirements before you request paperwork.
- General liability
- Excess / umbrella liability
- Workers' compensation
- Employers liability
- Business personal property
- Business interruption
- Hired and non-owned auto
- Owned auto liability
- Owned auto comprehensive and collision
- Disability benefits (DBL / PFL)
- Employment practices liability
General liability is carried at $2MM, with excess and umbrella coverage above that limit. Coverage is maintained continuously, not bound job by job. If your building requires a line or a limit you do not see here, send us the exact wording of the requirement and we confirm in writing whether we meet it.
Certificates of insurance
Certificates of insurance are issued within 48 hours of request, usually faster. Your building management is listed as additional insured, named exactly as your lease or vendor agreement requires. Send us the wording and we match it.
Portfolio accounts with multiple entities, managing agents, or ownership structures get multi-additional-insured certificates built to match. If your building issues vendors a sample COI, send it over and we return ours to spec.
Renewals are handled the same way. When a policy renews, updated certificates go out to every additional insured on file before the old one expires, so your vendor file never lapses on our account and nobody has to chase us for paperwork.
Who does the work
Cleaning crews are 100% Anvil W-2 employees. Background-checked, trained in-house, and assigned to your facility. No subcontracted cleaning, no staffing agencies, no unknown person holding your keys. The people in your building answer to us, and we answer to you.
Specialty trades are the one exception, and they are handled deliberately. Handyman work, HVAC, and plumbing are performed by licensed, insured trade partners, under one Anvil contract and one Anvil COI. You still make one call, hold one vendor accountable, and keep one line in your vendor file.
Certification
Anvil Facility Services is M/WBE certified. If your organization tracks supplier diversity spend, working with Anvil counts toward it. Certification documents are available on request as part of the vendor file below.
Building a vendor file?
Tell us what your checklist requires and we send it. On request, Anvil furnishes:
- Certificate of insurance, with additional insured structured as specified
- W-9
- Client references
- Documented cleaning protocols for your facility type
- Background-check confirmation for assigned crew members
Every request is answered within one business day. If your onboarding runs through a compliance platform instead of email, send the invitation and we complete it there.
Paperwork is the floor, not the pitch
Coverage and certification get a vendor through the door. What keeps the contract is the work. Read what clients say on our reviews page, then request an estimate. We walk the building, put the scope in writing, and get the COI to your management office before the first service date.
