Service · Pressure Washing

Exteriors reset to clean.

Sidewalks, facades, and parking areas collect grime, gum, and stains that no amount of indoor cleaning offsets. Pressure washing resets the exterior and keeps it on a schedule.

FAQ

Pressure washing, answered.

What surfaces do you pressure wash?+

Sidewalks and entrances, building facades, brick and concrete, loading docks, parking structures, dumpster areas, and exterior stairs. The pressure and technique are matched to the surface so gum, grime, and staining come off without damaging the material underneath.

How often should exterior surfaces be pressure washed?+

It depends on foot traffic and exposure. Busy storefront sidewalks and entrances often need attention monthly or quarterly to stay presentable, while facades and less-trafficked areas run on an annual or semi-annual cycle. We set the schedule from how quickly the surface actually soils.

Do you handle water runoff and local regulations?+

Yes. Work is planned around wastewater and stormwater rules, which in much of the metro area mean containing or properly directing runoff rather than letting it enter a storm drain. We scope the site so the job is done cleanly and in line with local requirements.

Can it be done off-hours to avoid disrupting foot traffic?+

Yes. Exterior work is scheduled before opening, overnight, or on weekends so wet surfaces and equipment do not interfere with customers or tenants. Storefront work typically runs between close and open.

Are you insured for exterior work?+

Yes. Anvil carries $2MM general liability and full workers' compensation for all staff, with a certificate of insurance available within 48 hours and the property owner or manager named as additional insured where required.
