General liability and workers' compensation

$2MM general liability coverage and full workers' compensation for all staff. Certificates of insurance provided within 48 hours of request, with the dealership or landlord named as additional insured where required.

W-2 employee staffing model

All cleaning staff are W-2 employees of Anvil, not subcontractors. Consistent accountability, training, payroll tax compliance, and direct supervision, with no pass-through labor liability for the dealership.

Background-checked staff

All employees pass background checks before assignment, which matters in a building holding vehicles, keys, and customer areas accessed after hours. Clearance documentation maintained on file.

Brand-presentation standard

Showroom glass, gloss floors, lounge, and restrooms cleaned to the OEM and dealership presentation standard, on a documented scope that holds for customer visits and manufacturer audits.

EPA-registered disinfectants in customer areas

High-touch points in the lounge, restrooms, and offices disinfected with EPA-registered products at validated dwell times, keeping the spaces customers actually use genuinely sanitary.

Service-bay floor safety

Oil and grease degreased from shop floors to reduce slip exposure in the service department, with methods matched to a working bay rather than a showroom finish.
